Despite the fact that the clouds are gathering and everything seems hopeless, and there seems to be nowhere to go, there is always a light that shines through the clouds and helps us tune in for the best. Plus, even in the midst of a storm, there are many positive elements surrounding us — the beautiful colors of the sea, joyful flowers, and rays of light piercing through heavy clouds, not to mention the impending rain, a purifying force that gives life to nature. It’s crucial to remember that everything is in a constant state of change and won’t remain the same forever. Even when circumstances seem overwhelmingly bleak, there is always light, beauty, and goodness present simultaneously. It’s a matter of noticing and choosing to focus on them. By directing our attention towards the positive aspects, they manifest in our lives, making life better, easier, and ourselves freer and happier.

This painting explores how to navigate through darkness and negativity in life. It serves as a reminder to acknowledge negative aspects and be prepared to face them, but above all, to concentrate on the positive, uplifting elements. Refusing to allow darkness, fear, and challenges to take center stage can prevent one from becoming a victim.

“Перед грозой”

 

Несмотря на то, что тучи сгущаются и все кажется безвыходным, и, казалось бы, некуда деваться, всегда есть свет, который светит сквозь тучи и помогает нам настроиться на лучшее. Кроме того, даже в разгар шторма вокруг много хороших вещей: красота моря, радость цветов, лучи света сквозь тучи и даже дождь, который скоро прольется на землю, – это вода очищения, и она дает жизнь природе. Мы должны помнить, что все меняется и не будет оставаться прежним навсегда. И даже если все кажется слишком плохим и темным, вместе с этим есть также свет, красота и хорошее, и нам надо только заметить это и сделать выбор сосредоточиться на нем. Когда мы фокусируемся на хороших вещах, они появляются в жизни, и жизнь становится лучше и легче, и мы становимся свободнее и счастливее.
